Block Sites from Google's Results in the case of subdomins like blogspot.com

Working of Google Block Site Feature for blogspot or other blogger sites

1. Type Blogspot in Google search box

2. Now block any blog on blogspot.com

   example - abc.blogspot.com/

3. Now again search the same keyword

4. Go through the blocked list....

5. you will find all the blogs on blogspot.com have been blocked
   

( having this structure only *.blogspot.com)

Now, tell me is it fair?Why should others suffer .........

Kindly correct me i anything wrong here!
